END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
- This agreement governs use of software applications operated by Rooted Holdings, Inc. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications for internal business purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any application. Applications are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Governed by the laws of the State of California.
PRIVACY POLICY
- Rooted Holdings, Inc. collects only the data necessary to perform requested services (including QuickBooks financial data for expense tracking and reporting). We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data is stored securely and used solely on your behalf. Contact us to request data deletion.
